strength, balance and coordination in a

Controlled movements in the form of mat
exercise to tone and strengthen the body, it
is also known to help increase circulation,
sculpt and strengthen the bodyís core.
Get a cardio aerobic workout using the
bench or floor. Jane also brings in a
variety of exercises that will build up and
strengthen your abs, legs and upper body by
using hand weights and the exercise ball.

Join in with Jane for lots of cardio fun
with line dancing. You don't have to be an
expert so join in, learn a new dance and
have a great time!
Aerobic water exercises that enhance
your cardiovascular fitness using water
resistance by dance and exercise moves,
water weights and noodles to great music.

flowing movements improving stress, balance
and agility, Sun and Yang style.
A combination of cardio and total body
interval strength training. This class is
designed to burn high calories as well as
tone all muscle groups of the body Itís a
great fat burning class for all levels.

training as well as lower back
strengthening. Class will incorporate
weights, weighted balls, balance balls, and
Pilates to provide an all over Core-focused
workout. This class is 30 minutes.
A high intensity class that incorporates
shadowboxing and kick-boxing fitness moves.
A series of punches as well as various kicks
are performed and put together to provide a
cardio interval style fitness class. Gloves
recommended, the class set is a first come
first served. Class is 50 minutes.
ZUMBA/ AQUA ZUMBA
Zumba is a Latin inspired dance-Fitness
program that offers a high level cardio
experience, as well as a fusion of body
sculpting dance movements.
Combine weights with high repetition,
abdominal work, and cardio. Circuits of 3-4
minutes each combined for an enjoy-able
Chair Yoga with a twist. Your whole body
will move through a series of seated and/or
designed to increase flexibility, balance,
and range of move-ment. You will leave the
class totally relaxed.
Floor work on Yoga mats working abdominal
region and core!!
This class combines high intensity,
non-impact training and will work your legs,
gluteus, heart, and lungs. Burn up to 600+
calories in a single workout! Arrive 15
